Three Hearts returns with even more drama and angst from the teenage lives of Elijah and his friends as they go through their journey of High School.

Following the events of Discovery; Elijah meets Tristan Valentine, a foreign exchange student from Brazil, who poses to be more challenging to his feelings. Meanwhile, Dustin finds himself in an uncomfortable place, especially after the events with Luther and meets someone online who decides to stay anonymous. After recieving a huge leadership role, Thandi is in charge of the big Halloween Dance which proves rather difficult, causing problems in her relationship with Rohan and her friends. Just when you thought that couldn't get enough, someone from Elijah's past pops up. How will they tackle this? Will ELijah be able to manage his feelings? Can Dustin overcome his traumatic experiences?
